One day and several centuries later.
To snap ourselves out of the 17th century frame of mind, we popped into the Centre Pompidou today. Just around the corner from our apartment, it afforded us a later start to the day. From Louis, Napoleon, marble and wood. To Matisse, Braque, plastic and aluminium. Classical to Cubism. Off we go.
