A little plug for our hotel, Cachet. We were blessed to have the guidance of good guy, Scottish Mike, who has been based in Shanghai for many years. Amongst his accommodation suggestions was this little gem. Located right on Nanjing Road, just step from the Line 2 Nanjing Rd West metro stop, the line that whisks for into the city from either of the airports, it was the best. Super helpful reception staff that could not do enough for us, wonderful breakfast spread, smart enough rooms and just location, location, location.
Fabulous, fun and funky comes with Nic-Nak high commendation.
